This is the cake which won 1st place gold for me at Cake International in Birmingham last weekend by Cake Rise. It was also awarded “Best in Show International Exhibit 2012”.

I am afraid I didn’t win the Kenwood, that was for overall Best in Show, got a lovely trophy for Best in Show International exhibit.
