marching band/color guard cake

This cake was based on a theme called patterns in time and an hour glass was part of it. Each tier a different pattern. Top tier modeling chocolate with embossed musical notes. Middle tier double barrell Fondant covered and stenciled in royal icing and fondant drapes embossed music and luster dust,bottom tier stripes and alternating luster dust . All cakes ganached first time will never do buttercream again
