This was a very last minute cake. I wasn’t happy with a lot of things in this but having had just a couple of hours to make this, there wasn’t much I could do about it. Biggest lesson learned from this cake: Don’t spend ages on perfecting the finish on icing and then put it too close to the radiator. Obviously normal people would know this already :)
