Not an easy cake! Certainly an exciting challenge this one. I learnt a lot in the process and was very proud of the result. A couple of things I would do differently with a bit more knowledge now – bit hindsight is a wonderful thing! More important that I learnt something along the way I think! And yes, it is all edible except for one kebab stick in the tow extension!
