I was delighted to make a 50th Birthday cake for a dear friend who is an extraordinary pianist. Chocolate layers with almond buttercream and raspberry filling, dark chocolate ganache and fondant. The tiny roses are candy melts with RI leaves; rosebud is handmade with fondant/tylose.
