Polka dot mini cupcakes for Sheryl

A friend asked me to make this Minnie Mouse themed cupcakes for her daughter’s Birthday who, obviously loves Minnie!

The toppers are made from Marshmallow Fondant and the tiny polka dots were achieved by dotting white gel food color (Americolor) with a little vodka on to the surface. The tool I used for the application is the round end of a cocktail stick. For the fine dot on Minnie’s ribbon, I used the pointed end of the cocktail stick. :)
