This my first fondant cake. ( Not my design it was found online) I hand sculpted Wonder woman and the numbers, which have red disco dust on them. The top tier is an almond cake covered in white chocolate ganache and the bottom is a decadent chocolate with dark chocolate ganache. It is my first human hand sculpted figure, 3rd figure ever sculpted..I am self taught baker and custom cake designer, I am loving this new art form :) (full time Assistant and mom of a 17 month old, she follows me around saying cake :) Please visit m and like my page www.facebook.com/brooklynsheavenlycreations
