This is my third ruffle and i wanted it to be really frilly so i used my garret frill cutter to do the ruffles. I love the colours that Ely wanted the aqua and the pink looked so well together. I asked ely if she wanted anything else on the top of the cake other than a 21 and she said um if you could make a martini glass that would be good. So i thought i really dont want to make one out of fondant that would be to boring lol. So i made my own mold. Ive never made a mold before haha and made it out of isomalt and it actually holds liquid how cool it that!!. Ive never used isomalt before i think it’s just scared me using something that has to be such a high temp but i was very proud of my first effort and cant wait to use it again. x Tina
