Evander Holyfield Birthday Cake

I had the tremendous opportunity to work on the team from Passion4Cake that was given the task of designing and making Evander Holyfield’s Birthday cake. Mr. Holyfield has been a 5-time World Heavyweight Boxing Champion and a very gracious host.

This was a vanilla cake serving approximately 200 guests. The boxing gloves were made out of RKT. I was in charge of making the champion belt out of gumpaste/fondant. This was a joint effort on the part of four cake designers and we are all very proud of the final product.
