Baptism Cake

This cake was for my nephews’ baptism. I decided to make the cross and clouds on top of the cake.

The top layer represents the sky. The bottom for the waves in the sea just like if you were staring out into the ocean. I made this cake simple because I spent a lot of the time on researching ingredients. For Azariah, we needed to make a NO gluten, dairy, egg, peanut cake. Since his mom is still nursing, this cake was for her too. What flavor did we come up with? A Chocolate-chocolate chip cake! Mom even told me she hasn’t had chocolate in a long time!
