A simple but beautiful butterfly cake for Julia’s 40th birthday! She loves the colour pink so the butterflies are all hand painted in her favourite colour! The cake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream and blackcurrant preserve filling. I love the 3D effect of the butterflies and i think it would make a beautiful wedding cake too!
