I loooved making this cake although I completely underestimated the time it would take to cover the entire cake in petals.
All three tiers are shaded from white through to dark ivory and then airbrushed in a pearl sheen. The bottom tier is large ruffled petals and the two top tiers are smaller flat petals.
This is my take on a design the bride sent me but I’m not sure who did the original.
