60th birthday cake for friends of my mum & dad’s – For Henry..! The inside was layers of chocolate mud, coffee madeira & white chocolate ganache, but unfortunately mum didn’t get any piccies of the inside of it at the party :( Perhaps I’ll just have to make it again…………….???
