I made this cake for a best friend of mine. She is in the jewelry and accessories industry and recently just had a successful bazaar. So in order to celebrate her birthday and the success of the bazaar, the boyfriend and another best friend of hers thought of making this cake. The cake itself is chocolate cake with coffee mousse filling and then covered with chocolate ganache. The result is wonderful, if I may say so myself. The making of the jewelries were fun and tedious at the same time. I had to arrange them one by one, pearl by pearl, sprinkle by sprinkle. But in the end, it was all worth it!
