Afternoon Tea

This cake was requested for a baby shower by a friend who had seen my first Tea Cup cake. I was really nervous in case I couldn’t replicate but I was told it was better than the first and that was my favourite cake to date :-)
Inside was a triple layer vanilla sponge laced with vanilla syrup and layered with raspberry jam and buttercream.
