It’s been a over a year since I made a cake and the last one I made… well let’s not go there 😬 anyways, this was intended for halloween, but a lot of drama happened and the head pretty much fell off ha! So this is the second attempt, his head is chocolate orange cake with chocolate orange ganache and sculpted with modelling chocolate and sugar paste.
