Jungle Cake for 1 year old Logan

This is a dairy and gluten free cake and all decorations are made with edible hand-made sugarpaste. I had 5 hours available to me to do this, so had to cut quite a few corners on the animals – like ellie’s body for example! Luckily Logan wasn’t too discerning to notice! I always love making children’s cakes as they are always amazingly appreciative no matter what.

This was a lovely fun and colourful project and I have never worked so fast on a cake in my life!!
