Meet “Ursula”. My piece created for the Sugar Witches Collaboration, organised by Vicky Turner from the Yellow Bee Cake Company, which was displayed at Cake International NEC Birmingham, 2019. It was created using Saracino Pasta Model, Saracino Cioccolato Plastico Bianco, Saracino Colour Powder, Saracino Isomalt, Cake Lace, Global Sugar Artists Network brushes, Cerart and PME Tools.
