This cake was made in honor of my sisters birthday and to welcome her new baby girl to the family. It was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting covered in MMF. The lotus blossoms were made of gumpaste & fondant. The symbols along the sides said “Congratulations” “Family” and also listed all of the family members’ names.
