I’m sorry I’m not on here very much but I don’t really make many cakes any more. So I wanted to let you all know that you’re all absolutely amazing at what you do!!

This was commissioned nearly 18 months ago by an ex colleague of mine who wanted me to make this for her husband. I had free reign on the design and she requested a steam train, post box and bike as he worked for the post office.
Cake was Madagascan vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.
