Cheeseburger & fries

This cake was made for an 18 year old waiter who lives on burgers! Since its the only thing he eats, his Mum & Dad decided that he would probably only eat a birthday cake that was also a burger!

This is a 5 layer chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling. The burger bun is covered with sugarpaste and the burger itself is covered with a chocolate fondant.

The fries and ketchup blob are modelling paste, as are the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and onion slices in the burger.

It is finished off with a model of the birthday boy in his waiter’s uniform :)
