5 tier chocolate fudge cake. Yum!

This was a five tier chocolate fudge cake, filled and covered in dark chocolate ganache. It was decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate roses. This was a 40th birthday cake for a friend who simply asked for chocolate and strawberries. She was very surprised by this cake and everyone at the party enjoyed it.
