Made for my niece’s baby shower today. Cake is 5", 9", & 11" tiers of white chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream. 9" middle hexagon tier is white chocolate cake torted & filled alternately with chocolate ganache/vanilla buttercream, covered with chocolate ganache & white chocolate mmf. All sitting atop a handcrafted cake board. Transporting/delivering cakes is stressful enough but this one had to travel to it’s destination in 90+ degree weather in a vehicle without a/c. It was more work trying to figure out how to keep it from melting into a puddle than making the cake itself. As you can see, it held up amazingly well. Apparently angels were watching over it 😁😁.
