I had the honor of making my wonderful Mother-in-law’s 95th birthday cake. I was unable to take many photos but the memories of the celebration are precious.

This is a 10" square, four layers of chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing wrapped in a dark chocolate ganache and Carma fondant. My MIL loves her chocolate. LOL

The flowers are all gum paste: peonies, garden rose, sweet peas, and blueberries.
