The children of cake makers have VERY high expectations! This was the cake I made for my daughter’s 7th birthday after she said, “I JUST want a swan Mummy, and NOT a flat one”!!! The body was vanilla sponge and the head and neck was modelled from RKT on a wire frame. I would quite like to make anaother one as I had to make the neck twice and hence ran out of time to make the detailed wings that I had planned

It turned out beautiful! I’ll bet your daughter was thrilled with the cake her Mummy made for her!!
