BEVO!!! 🤘🤘🤘

I finally got to cross this one off my Cake Bucket List! I’ve been DYING to create a Bevo (the Texas mascot) since I moved to Austin, & 5 years later, it finally happened!!!

He is ALL sugar, except internal structure. Part of his head and all of his body is cake. And check this out…BURNT ORANGE Velvet cake with Caramel Pecan Praline filling (OMG! 😳😳😳) There is zero fondant on him. Part of his head, horns, legs, tail, etc are all made from white chocolate! He is also covered in white chocolate. He is handpainted, & has lots of spots, lol! I love his cute Longhorn butt! Haha!
