A lovely lady asked me for a cake for her husbands 50th birthday. Originally she wanted a square chocolate cake with a plaque but when I explained that I never really make cakes like that and asked about his hobbies etc , it came out that his a keen trout fly fisherman and this is what I made.
Everything is edible apart from the fly x
