This is one of the most special cakes I have made of communion. And I like it to be for a child, since sometimes the inspiration in this subject leads us only to soccer cakes, or with calyxes and crosses. Alejandro is a dreamy child, that’s why I’ve represented him flying a cardboard plane over the clouds, flying as far as his imagination takes him.
