4 lovely tiers filled with mango and passionfruit curd, a vanillabavarois with a bit of elderlyflower and a drizzle of parfait d’amourlicor some pure chocolatechunks to give it a bite and ganache.
Loved making this cake, made the sugarflowers days ahead.
The lace was in her weddingdress.
And there was fresh mintleafes over it.
My lovely couple was very happy with it, and the litlke extra 1yearlatercake too.
