My youngest son is a Valentino Rossi fan, and asked for a helmet cake for his 21st birthday. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could achieve this, but I did it!
The cake is 7 double layers deep, and is life sized. It is a replica of Rossi’s gothic helmet.
