I made this cake for one of my other best friends, Ruby. I added that touch of her princess-like behaviour to it. This was also yet again another first attempt, Chevron! Oh how I battled with this! Please excuse my not so perfect lines there. I had a bit of trouble but fixed it up as best as I could. Overall I think it’s a lovely design and with a bit of practice, I should get it! Hope ya’ll like my attempt :)

Very beautiful! And great first attempt I have yet wanted to try this… BUT looking at this I know mine would not even be close! Or as pretty! You definatly get an A + from me and not for trying but because it is simply beautiful ;)) good job! (Wink wink maybe i should play with a dummy cake.. )

Andrea, you are so very sweet! Thank you for the kind words! Honestly, go for it! You have to in order to get over that fear, which was the same fear I had! I learned from Jessi cakes online tutorial, look her up. She gives great tips and advice. So make sure you try, and yes go ahead on a dummy cake! Good luck :)
