About My piece:

I have chosen my inspiration an Hyderabadi biryani which is a variety of biryani from Hyderabad, India. Hyderabadi Biryani is a popular variety of Biryani.It is prepared from Basumathi (long grained) rice using the dum (steam) method of cooking,and can be made both veg and non veg varieties,it is generally believed to have originated in the kitchens of the Nizam of Hyderabad .Hyderabadi biryani originated as a blend of Mughlai and Iranian cuisine in the kitchens of the Nizam rulers of the historic Hyderabad State. Hyderabadi biryani is a staple part and one of the main course of Indian cuisine. A biryani is usually served with dahi chutney .

Ingredients are basmatirice, dahi, onions, spices, lemon, saffron. Coriander leaves and fried onions are used as garnish.

A Royal Meal :My piece Consists of Biryani in an Copper Handi ,with egg,fried onions,spices,Kaju(cashew nuts) and coriander,accompanied by Curd chutney(raita),Naan and onion garnishes.All edible including the copper plate,cup and the copper vessel with Biryani and spoons made of chocolate :)
