This cake was made to replicate the teddy that the lady whose 30th Birthday it is has had since she was tiny.
Even down to the thread on its head the worn nose and the shabby dressing gown.
Ted is a lemon and raspberry cake. With raspberry ripple buttercream. Raspberry compote, lemon curd, black raspberry liqueur, lemon zest, lemon preserve, raspberry syrup and raspberry pieces , wrapped in white chocolate ganache.
