'Pavlova' inspired Wedding Cake

Tetra nuts, hessian and tiny meringue beads adorn this Australian inspired wedding cake.

Each tiny Pavlova inspired meringue was piped in three shades to match a rustic colour palette.

I achieved the three different shades of meringue by baking the different trays for slightly longer.
