My daughter and I really enjoyed making this cake for 200 guests at a recent wedding in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. There are two riser tiers and the rest is cake – white chocolate, red velvet, lemon pound and coconut. We were very lucky as the bride and groom gave us design freedom, with the exception of the silver rose that we recreated for them by making a mold. This rose was used by the groom as he proposed and naturally holds special meaning for the couple.
