Normally, I wouldn’t share this, but was so tickled, I just had to. I’m having a ladies get together, tomorrow, Sunday afternoon. I’ve had a terrible week health wise. I had to make a surprise birthday cake, which I posted yesterday, and really had to push myself. Just wasn’t up to anymore baking. But I had promised my ladies a sweet treat. Well, whada ya know…hubby stepped up to the plate and baked a lemon streusel sour cream coffee cake for me. So impressed what a good job he did. All I did was zest the lemons and simmered the lemon slices. Hubby did everything else…even clean up!!! Woot Woot… Guess he’s a keeper…❤️
