Princess Dilly (Delilah is her real name) got to enjoy this beautiful cake on her 4th birthday! Both the base and the tower are cakes. All the decorations (minus the Disney characters) are made either out of gumpaste or fondant. I also use plastic chlidren’s rings as cupcake toppers because children love to have a toy of their own as well.
