Happy 70th birthday to our neighbour, Diane, for yesterday!! Very much enjoyed making this lemon drizzle cake for her and painting her portrait onto the front using Saracino colours and cocoa butter.
The fantasy sugar peony on top is made from Saracino flower paste!

I’m so pleased to say she and the family loved the cake and the taste.
