“Dance of the Dandelions”
There is not much information available about this artwork by Salvador Dali, but apparently it is a description of the costume design for the ballet" Mad Tristan ".
The weightlessness of the dandelion blossom perfectly matches with the ballerina’s dance.
It was a challenging and complex piece, because modeling the dandelion’s teeth to represent the flower weightlessness was not easy … but I think that the final result follows the artwork of “Salvador Dali” … The artwork left out the paper … for a sweet modeling in sugar paste.
