This cake was entered to Great Canadian Cakes cake-contest of Canadian Living.

An inuksuk is a stone landmark or cairn built by humans, used by the Inuit, Inupiat, Kalaallit, Yupik, and other peoples of the Arctic region of North America. These structures are found from Alaska to Greenland.

The cakes are 2 differ kinds of brownies (butterscotch and peanut butter) with chocolate frosting. I actually made a mistake, grabbed maple extract instead vanilla, and the result was amazing, hahaha!

The snow is grated coconut :)
