I was sent a picture by the customer of the cake she wanted, but I don’t know who made the original one.

The ‘box’ was a vanilla sponge covered in white chocolate buttercream before the red Massa Ticino (which is wonderful to work with). It measured 7″ × 10½" x 3" – plenty of slices!
