"Apple Jack" - Icing Smiles Cake

Apple Jack is made from Almond-Vanilla and Strawberry swirl cake, filled and frosted with almond buttercream, finished and decorated with LMF. As a keepsake for the birthday girl, I made three My Little Pony models from Saracino Modeling Paste.
