This cake was done as part of Let’s do it with Fondbites collaboration .The theme was Diwali-festivel of lights.

I took inspiration from my family tradition to worship “Lord Ganesha” before starting something new. Each element in the theme was meticulously chosen to showcase the different traditions. The little “Diyas” represent the much celebrated festival of lights, Diwali. The “flowers” represent the offering to the HINDU GODS and GODDESSES in worship, especially Tulsi Devi (represented by the “Green” Color) that is believed to bring peace and prosperity in our lives and our homes represented by the “Vrindavanam” structure.
