Tea ritual joins continents and cultures all over the world. It is soul searching, a form of art ranking with poetry or painting, it is spirituality, meditation, calm and self-awareness. My latest creation, for the issue Vintage Tea Party of American Cake Decorating magazine, is the celebration of this fascinating world with its oriental porcelains and their sense of harmony, elegance and purity.
