Gravity defying Star Wars cakes for my son’s 16th birthday. A simplistic version, since I ran out of time :-) . Still cool I think ;-)
I just spend too much time thinking on the construction, how to get it strong enough, how to attach the cakes, and in the right angle without the cake gliding off, and how to make it a re-usable construction for potential other gravity defying cakes (yeah, first time is difficult to think this all out :-) ). Still a pitty that I could not spend more time on adding some details. Would have been awesome. Well, my son liked it anyway, so what am I talking about? :-)

The Death Star is a Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting, covered with white chocolate ganache and fondant. (Bottom is made of Rice Krispies)
The Millennium Falcon is a Red Velvet, filled with cream cheese frosting and a sweet cherry filling, also covered with white chocolate ganache and fondant.

I love that it lights up. Puts it over the top!
