A few days ago, Tim contacted me to arrange some chocolate cupcakes for a surprise engagement proposal he has planned for tonight. His girlfriend Rosie, has just returned from a 13-week training program with the United Stated Marine Corps. He told me that he planned a romantic dinner and would have all of the parents and siblings ‘in the wings’ waiting until the moment was right to come out and congratulate them! So, these were the cupcakes that he requested in her favorite color. The Royal Icing rose because her name is Rosie, the Royal Icing rings around the Royal Icing hearts because the song titled “Ring Around Your Heart” (sung by Graham Colton) will be playing at that special moment in the restaurant, as per his request :) Isn’t this so romantic?!
