4th of July wedding cake

The frosting is raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The bottom layer is chocolate coffee flavor cake, the middle layer is a lemon flavor cake and the top is a marble of the chocolate coffee and vanilla. The roses are royal icing, I couldn’t get them as red as I needed so I used Wilton’s red color mist. This cake was assembled on site in the woods during a 100+ degree heat wave. I think it turned out quite well considering the circumstances. :)
