This is my interpretation of the original design by the brilliant Shereen’s cakes & bakes. It’s a vanilla madeira sponge cake with jam & buttercream filling. The three top towers are madeira crumb coated in buttercream with the two side towers being chocolate mud cake. I decided to use buttercream, coloured with sugarpaste colouring, & piped onto the cake using the hair/grass nozzle.
Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
