This funny little guy was my contribution to the You Had Me at Taco Sugar Collaboration, celebrating National Taco Day.
His body is cereal treats covered with modelling chocolate. The Sombrero, Tacos & fixin’s are gum paste. I used an old fashioned glass juicer to made the sombrero. The cake has a serape design. All the pieces were individually cut and applied using the wax paper transfer method. Hope you like him as it’s been a long time between cakes.
