"Cake, Rattle, and Roll"- 1950's Cake

My entry for the 2012 CNY Cake Competition that took place in Ithaca, NY, on October 6th. I placed second in the Adult 3 (Advanced) division! The cake took about 36 hours and actually had a bottom tier that broke horribly 2 minutes before reaching the hotel after a 5 hour drive (I’ve included the post-accident picture)! The black records are made of gumpaste and have a styrofoam core. TFL!
